Terms of Service
Last updated: October 8, 2026
1. The service
Klipia is a social media posting automation service: it generates variants of your content, schedules them and publishes them to the accounts you connect, through the official interfaces of the platforms concerned.
2. Your content, your rights
You may only publish content through Klipia that you own the rights to, or for which you have explicit permission from the rights holder. Publishing third-party content without permission results in suspension of the account. Illegal content results in immediate termination and, where applicable, a report to the competent authorities.
3. Your social accounts
You remain the sole holder of your social accounts and are responsible for complying with each platform's terms. Klipia implements protections designed to reduce the risks of multi-account publishing, without being able to guarantee platform decisions, which remain theirs alone.
4. Subscription and credits
The service works as a subscription that grants a monthly allowance of credits, consumed by posts and connected accounts. Posting stops when the quota is reached, with no overage billing. Payments are handled by Whop; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
5. Warranty and liability
Subscriptions are refundable within 14 days of the first payment. Klipia is bound by a best-efforts obligation: the service is provided as is, and our liability may not exceed the amounts paid over the last twelve months.
6. Your data when you cancel
After you cancel, your videos and data stay downloadable for 30 days, then are permanently deleted from our systems.
7. Reporting illegal content
Content published through Klipia remains subject to the rules and moderation of each destination platform. Any illegal content published through Klipia can also be reported to us by email: contact@klipia.io.
We review every report as promptly as possible. Where content is manifestly illegal, the account concerned is suspended and the content is, where appropriate, reported to the competent authorities.
Working draft. The final version will be reviewed by legal counsel before the service opens commercially.
