Privacy Policy

Your email and account information; the access tokens for the social accounts you connect; the content you upload (videos, photos, text); the statistics on your posts provided by the platforms; the clicks on your klipia.link links (timestamp, device, country, with no IP address retained).

Only to run the service: generate your variants, publish to your accounts, measure your results and show them to you. We do not sell any data, and we do not train any artificial intelligence model on your content.

Some of your data is processed outside the European Union, notably in the United States, by our subprocessors (hosting, storage, payment, text generation, audio transcription). The full list is available on request.

For the duration of your subscription, then 30 days after cancellation. Platform access tokens are revoked immediately when an account is disconnected.

Access and correction: one email to privacy@klipia.io is enough, answered within 30 days.

Exporting your data: from Settings (“Export my data”), a JSON file with your account, your profile and, for workspaces of which you are the sole owner, the connected social accounts, the videos (name, date, size, without the video files), the publications and their history, and the credit movements. It does not include shared workspaces or those where you are an editor, nor any password or access token.

Account deletion: self-service from Settings (“Delete my account”), or by email to the same address.

You may also file a complaint with the CNIL if you believe your rights have not been respected.
